The Apostolic Team
The Sanctuary is a unique ministry with an apostolic mandate. We are a ministry that believes in the totality of God's Holy Word and the New Testament dispensation of the five-fold ministry gifts. According to Ephesians 4:11-14, these are the gifts Christ gave to the church: the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors, and the teachers. Their responsibility is to equip God’s people to do his work and build up the church, which is the BODY of Christ, until we all come to such unity in our faith and knowledge of God’s Son that we will be mature in the Lord, measuring up to the full and complete standard of Christ.
Dr. Thomas Brown
Apostle / Founder & Visionary
The office of apostle is a special position God assigns to members of the Body of Christ to assume and exercise divine authority in establishing the foundational governments of the Church. Our Apostle and leader is Dr. Thomas Brown. Apostle Brown is the co-founder, visionary, and spiritual covering of the Sanctuary. He is an anointed seer and spiritual advisor. He is an intercessor, psalmist, teacher and preacher. He is passionate about seeing the lives of people transformed by the presence and spoken word of God. When in his presence, you can feel the tangible love of God. As a founding member of the Apostolic Team, he has accepted the call to equip and empower the body of Christ to prosper.
